Information about the right of withdrawal for orders in the Walger Works online shop
No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products
Should the right of withdrawal apply in an individual case despite the custom manufacturing, the conditions below and the attached sample cancellation form shall apply.
The roof racks offered by Walger Works are individual custom-made products. They are manufactured exclusively according to your personal specifications (variant, colour, number of crossbars, accessories).
Pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. For this reason, no right of withdrawal applies.
Because every roof rack is only built after your order and payment have been received, we cannot grant a right of withdrawal, as expressly stated during the order process.
Your Rights as a Buyer Remain Intact
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If the delivered product is defective or does not match the agreed specification, you are entitled to the statutory remedies (rectification, replacement, price reduction, rescission of the contract).

Legal Basis
§ 312g (2) BGB (exceptions to the right of withdrawal) reads in part:
"Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (no. 1)."
